Evaluation of Asset Portfolio
1st Stage of our Intervention
In most cases we will start by determining what type of Assets we are analysing and are they part of a larger portfolio, or are they a single portfolio?
Are they also part of a project that has different types of assets and therefore multiple portfolios?
If we consider for example the development of a small number of houses, we might have a portfolio of houses (property assets), and a solar park with batteries and fuel cells to power those houses, and therefore generation assets (renewable assets portfolio).
The evaluation of these assets have to be treated separately, but ultimately integrated for financial consideration, but not for an operational basis.
Each individual case brings new challenges and new introduction of renewable technologies to obtain the ultimate goal of efficiency and economical balance.
Determine & Execute Plan of Action
2nd Stage of our Intervention
Once we have studied the portfolio of assets that we are going to manage we have to determine the best integration of different technologies, always in conformity with the climate change obligations and therefore ensuring that compliance is met with targets and norms for the specific market where those assets are to be implemented at.
We then make assessment and run scenarios to obtain the best plan of action to be implemented for that asset portfolio, that normally will take into consideration plans for 10, 20 years or even longer terms of management and administration, ensuring a reliable and consistent plan for the future, and also ensuring the best economical options for the client in the short, medium and long term.

Renewables
Wind, PV Farms, CHP (Combined Heat & Power), Batteries, Fuel Cells, and isolated (single home) or integrated (multiple buildings and assets) Microgrids form part of this Portfolio of Assets.
Commercial Real Estate
Schools, Hotels, Leisure Centers and other Multiple Real Estate Buildings form part of this Portfolio of Assets.
Housing
Single Units, Condominium type of Real Estate, Small Villages either directly or indirectly developed are part of this Portfolio of Assets.
