About Us
Asset Managers & Developers of Carbon Zero Real Estate
We are part of a group of companies that either develop our own renewable energy projects, or we manage portfolios of renewable assets for clients, ensuring that the highest efficiency of those assets is achieved, as well as also ensuring that they are sourced for offsetting their carbon footprint, realising extra revenues or balancing their own emissions, working with partners that are specialists in COP21 carbon management policies.
Working with construction partners and energy efficiency specialists we develop total sustainable real estate, that are self-sufficient in their energy needs, generating from renewable assets embedded in micro grids, as well as integrating other utilities and services into a circular economy model.
Renewable Asset Managers
With a long experience in the renewables sector in different geographies we are targeting portfolios of renewable assets with clients that are not in the sector and need expertise to advise them on the best ways to enhance those portfolios.
Sustainable Carbon Zero Real Estate
Either building or renovating real estate (houses, commercial buildings) our objectives are to deliver those assets with a carbon zero footprint with the introduction of microgrids and energy efficiency deliverables.
Our Services
Evaluation of Asset Portfolio
This is the first phase of our work when engaging with a client, the evaluation of their portfolio, by thoroughly analysing and gathering data to quantify the assets.
Determine & Execute Plan of Action
In this phase we analyse the assets in the portfolio and build the necessary financial and analytical models to determine a plan of action.
Implementation & Management of Assets | Portfolio
With a medium-to-long term contract with our clients, in this phase we implement and manage the portfolio of assets that was determined and agreed with the client, normally on 5-to-20 year contracts.

Horacio Carvalho
Horacio is Portuguese born with extensive principal investment experience in property development, hotels, power generation, climate change and waste recycling projects around the world.
Alan Moxon
Alan is British born with a large experience in Hotel Management, Property Renovation and Decoration as well as planning skills into the Restaurant and Hotels sector and large and medium events management.
Tweedie Brown, CBE
Brigadier Tweedie Brown CBE, left the Army in 2004 where he was latterly CEO of Defence Postal and Courier Services, Commander of the Defence Logistics Training Group and Chief of Staff to the Adjutant General. He was a Director at the Army Benevolent Fund for a year and was an advisor to Ministers on Executive Agencies and quality initiatives in Government.

Almada de Ouro | Algarve, Portugal
Almada d’Ouro was granted planning permission in 2007 for a 5 star golf, residential and leisure development opportunity on a stunning 240 hectares (600 acres) site, with over 1.5 kilometres of river frontage on the Guadiana river in the eastern Algarve in Portugal. QPAM is now introducing a new development concept for the site.
220 MW in 7 Wind Farm Parks | Ceara, Brazil
Structuring the deal for asset analysis, aquisition and subsequently prepare all documentation to raise funding for this portfolio of 220MW of wind farms to power 300.000 homes was executed by a previously owned company, that was subsequently sold.
Hotels Managed and Sold
The senior management of QPAM-Quest Properties Asset Management have been involved in the ownership and management of three hotels, involving re-decoration, upgrade of buildings, design, construction and operation of these assets, that were later sold on.
Social Housing | Mozambique
In 2013 EcoTerraInvest negotiated a contract with the Mozambique government through FFH-Fundo Fomento para a Habitaçāo to build and infrastructure 12 new small city sites, this is an airview of one of the proposed sites.
